Why super duper long you may ask? Well our family spent 5 fun filled days lang naman relaxing and making pasyal together. Wala kasi classes si Daddy A from Thursday to Friday. Tapos because of the typhoon, suspended ang classes nung Monday.
From Thursday to Friday we had our out-of-town getaway sa Tagaytay. Will blog about that in another entry.
On Saturday, Daddy A and I attended our friend's wedding in Oasis. Got to catch up with my friend Angie as well. This is the longest I've left JD so far, mga 3 hours. Ayun pag dating ko ng house nakaconsume daw ng 5 oz breastmilk tapos gutom pa so latch na kami.
Nung Sunday naman, we went again to SM Cubao to buy stuff for the banyos. Extreme Makeover Home Edition lang ang peg ko that weekend. Major major general cleaning lang ng balur (more about that in this entry). Before that pala, Kuya D (Daddy A's older brother) went to the house to pick up the househelp that our helper referred. R got to play with her cousin S. So un, afterwards we went na to SM Cubao. We got shower curtains, rugs, glass shelf, toilet seat cover for the two bathrooms. Then we had meryenda at Alimall and R went for her usual rides.
Monday afterlunch, we went to BPI Family Bank in Makati for our mortgage release. Antagal na kasi namin hindi madaanan ung titulo ng bahay. Finally it's ours! Ansarap talaga ng feeling after mo paghirapan ang isang bagay and it's now in the palm of your hands. We left Makati in a hurry for fear of the thunderstorm and being caught up in heavy traffic.
We went to Alimall again because they have Philhealth, Pag-ibig and SSS satellite offices there. We had to continue registering our helpers. Nightmare kasi ung naranasan nila Daddy A sa SSS main office nung June. When we arrived in Alimall, only Philhealth was open. Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm pala office hours nila. While ung SSS, Tuesday to Saturday pala. Ung Pag-ibig sa September pa daw magopen. Anyway this is really more efficient and convenient for us. Balik nalang kami sa Saturday for SSS.
Afterwards, we went to the arcade, syempre because of R. She also went for the kiddie train ride. We were about to leave when she saw the play area (slides/ball pool). We had to go home narin because of the typhoon and ayaw narin namin sanayin. We want her to look forward to next weekend nalang. Hayun, she threw a major tantrum. As in she sat on the floor and threw her shoes. Daddy A explained to her calmly pero ganun parin. She had to be carried out. Keber nalang kami sa mga nakakakita. Buti nalang hindi madaming tao. She calmed down eventually sa car. Hay we really have to go through this stage.
Anyway, I'm so grateful for this time spent with my family. Going to miss spending the whole day everyday with them specially once my maternity leave ends. Sana longer nalang ang paid maternity leaves like in other countries noh?!
